Legislative Priorities
Through past advocacy efforts, the Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs (PSAB) has helped to enact a renewed Borough Code; advocate for Right-to-Know Law reforms; sought relief for unfunded mandates; and established measures to eliminate blight by advocating for the creation of land banks and increased funding for blight remediation.
