FY 2025 Funds Application Deadline

In support of ongoing outreach regarding Federal IIJA competitive funding opportunities, the FY2026 Bridge Investment Program (BIP) – Planning and Bridge Project Grants opportunity is now available on the PennDOT IIJA Site.

The application deadlines are as follows:

FY 2025 Funds Application Deadlines

(Previously submitted applications only)

• Planning Grants: May 21, 2026 – 11:59 PM EST
• Bridge Project Grants: May 28, 2026 – 11:59 PM EST

FY 2026 Funds Application Deadlines

(New applications only)

• Planning Grants: June 15, 2026 – 11:59 PM EST
• Bridge Grants: June 29, 2026 – 11:59 PM EST

The PennDOT Grant Team has identified a candidate project that PennDOT intends to submit for this funding round and is coordinating with the appropriate District/Region to begin development of the application package.
